Project Ideation and Analysis

This phase is all about the customers. Meetings are held with management, stakeholders, and users to define requirements such as: Who will use the system? What are their plans for the system? What kind of information should be entered into the system? What data should the system produce? During the requirements collection phase, these are general questions that are answered. Following the gathering of requirements, the validity of the requirements is evaluated, as well as the viability of incorporating the needs into the system under development.

Design

The system and software designs are prepared in this phase based on the requirements specifications that were analyzed throughout the first phase. System design aids in designing overall system architecture as well as describing hardware and system requirements.

Coding and Implementation

After obtaining the system design documentation, the work is divided into modules/units and the actual coding begins.

Testing

Once the code has been written, it is tested against the requirements to ensure that the product is meeting the needs identified during the requirements phase. All types of functional testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, acceptability testing, and non-functional testing, are performed at this phase.

Deployment

The product is delivered / deployed to the customer for use after performance testing.
Customers will begin beta testing as soon as the product is delivered to them. They will notify the engineering team if any adjustments are required or if any bugs are discovered. The final deployment will take place once those adjustments have been made or the bugs have been fixed.

Maintenance

As soon as users begin to use the developed system, problems could arise that must be addressed on a regular basis. Maintenance is the process of caring for a developed product.

Market Research

Ideas don't always meet the market's demands. Before starting the MVP development process, a company should make sure that the idea meets the demands of their intended users.

Map Out User Flow

The design stage of the MVP is crucial. Any given product should be designed with user-friendliness in mind. The company must consider the app from the user's point of view, from the first time they use it until the finish transaction, such as making a purchase or receiving a delivery. Furthermore, user flow is a vital consideration because it ensures that nothing is overlooked while keeping the future product and its users in mind.

Prioritize MVP Features

Prioritize all of the features that the MVP will support at this point. We'll be asking  questions such as: What do the users want? to help you prioritize the MVP features. Is this product going to be beneficial to them? Etc. Next, we'll assign a priority to each of the remaining MVP features: high priority, medium priority, and low priority. Another crucial step is to organize these features in the backlog of the product (priority-wise). It's time to start creating an MVP.

Launch MVP

The MVP can be created once a company has agreed on the major features and has learned about market needs. Keep in mind that an MVP is not a lower-quality version of the final product; it must still meet the needs of the consumer. As a result, it must be simple to use, entertaining, and appropriate for the users.
